Illustration Friday: Communication

I've been working on this for almost two hours now, and I have to say, these IF challenges are wonderful for me. They push me to think in a different mode than I normally do and to use Photoshop and the computer rather than canvas and paint and paper. I'm never completely satisfied when I'm done, but that's par for the course for me.

This is gorgeous! You should be very proud. . .it's hard to really see our own art. Great job!

I love this piece, I envy your digital expertise. But your mono prints are my favorites, I also read the article.

Layering and blending in Photoshop. Hours pass. Never satisfied. Yes. I agree. Have you ever tried collaborative digital art like Photoshop Tennis? I've spent the past six years at SITO. It's difficult communication. Lots of angry misunderstandings. Illustrated flamewars. SITO makes the United Nations and the Democratic Party seem free of strife in comparison. Have you tried GIMP?

Here's a link to GIMP. Lousy name, great software. And it's free.
