Finally decided it was time to spruce up the outside of the studio, which has been kind of a pale tan color since it was built. I got some grey paint for the siding, white paint for the trim, and red paint for the door.
The door may be too bright, I haven't decided. My goal is to get my small porch made by the door and divide some of my big antique roses to plant to the left of the door...
What do you think? Red too red? Grey too pale?

I love a red door, a hit of colour is all you needed.
I think the colors look great as is. Love the red.
I too think it looks nice and will look even better with the roses! xo, O
It looks oh so inviting to me. I love the colors~! If I had your talent I'd paint your ladies all across the walls~ And they will love the roses too.
The red door is great!! How wonderful to have your own building for art!
I like the grey with red door and don't think there is any such thing as too bright a door. It's joyful!
I love the grey and red together. The red is just right. I agree with Lynn ... something painted on the walls would be great. Or, maybe a "fake" window with one of your ladies peering out?
my front door is the same color!
