A Funny Conversation with Jenny

Last night at bedtime Jenny and I were talking. She was asking about the day she was born, and she said "So could I have died?" and when I asked what she meant, she said, You know, could I have died, because when I was born the electrical cord was around my neck?"

I'll let you figure it out...

She must be a Brit as we never know the 'correct' medical term for anything either! We had one strangled in the umbilical too - poor mummy!
Cheers

I've just a few minutes ago had a conversation with my son, as I was tucking him for the night, about death. He's dead against it (pardon the pun) and thinks we should all live for ever. Very difficult, discussing death, world war, heaven and possible re-birth with a 6 year old...

...yes, Lizzi since they don't really get death concept until they are nine.

...very funny how kids hear words and make them work for themselves.
Love it!

...and Lizzi, I'm with your son, dead against death! Long live us all.

Lol :0) The best one from my oldst son was: we were having dinner in a Chinese restaurant long ago when he was about 5... he took a bite of his food, looked at me and pronounced that it was "a tasty little mortal!" I spit my food out right there!!!!!
