Gorgeous views...I have a wonderful view from my computer space. No trees like this but pretty rolling country. South Dakota isn't littered with trees Every tree has been planted.
My husband decided he must apparently crusade with the planted tree notion and has planted over 10,000 (no exaggeration) trees on our property! And I can tell you they are very needy for the first 3 years. Then you can plant grass. Prior to a grass planting you must keep any kind of weed away from the little guy...so it can benefit the best for water.
okay I am sure you have had enough planting education for the midwest... :-)

I love that your studio is a good walk from the house. Must make for far fewer interruptions. :)
