An Answer to a Question...

I mentioned teaching the other day, and Lynn asked about it.

I taught high school for nine years (until I had Joel and became an 'at-home-mom'). My degree is in English Education from Michigan State, and I had a minor and passed the NTE in mathematics (because I was in engineering for a couple of years). I taught both English and Math for the first couple of years, and then the small high school where I was teaching wanted all of the teachers to be in only one department--I chose math, since I had just married the
Math Department chair ;)

My last couple of years of teaching I taught geometry, algebra II, math analysis/trig, and AP Calculus.
