I would, truly--I would fly. On second thought, maybe this should be "I Will Fly" instead?

We really love this future aviator! The colors, composition, background and the stunning main subject are beautiful. The little touch of blue in the corner is a great small touch.
Kelly, Melissa and Robin
ps. we think you're already in flight. Congrats on the painting that sold!
What a wonderful piece! Very thoughtfully put together. I love the look of layers and the complexity it gives along with her play on translucent and opaque color. At first it seems so simple but every time you look at it you see something different.
I want to fly too! The girl has a wide eye dreamy look to her- love that! The butterfly is gorgeous and the other bits and pieces make this piece over the top!
So--anything here you'd care to show on MidLifeBloggers? I love your work and you are exactly the person I was thinking of when I wrote that Call for Submissions. Tell me what you're thinking....
She is so sophisticated looking. I love the short hand and music in the background...and her hair. I LOVE her hair. Yes, the whole affect is beautifully pulled together...one of you best pieces yet! They just keep getting better and better and the first ones were already great!!!!! Your true fan, Lynn
I've been working on faces non-stop for about three weeks now. I think I'm finally starting to get the mechanics of it......well at least they don't look like aliens anymore. I've never been comfortable with faces.
The face you have created here is so soft and unique, so expressive. Very nice.
Oh, and your composition is quite nice as well. The colors are ME.

You know ... the more I look at it, the more I think it should be, "I'm Ready to Fly."
Her hair, breezing off the page at the top makes her look ready to lift off, in kind of an ethereal, peaceful way.
Kelly, again
